Meet Dave

My name is David Hinds and I have been capturing life events, family, friends and landscapes for over 40 years. Born in Toronto, Canada, and raised in New Jersey, I now find myself splitting time between Denver, Colorado, and the DC metro area. 

I've been on a journey to capture the streets, skies and many souls that I've encountered. My journey is fueled by a desire to create a meaningful photograph that will continue to stir the emotions that I felt when I first laid eyes on the subject. The challenge for me is to have that small 2 dimensional photo provide the same emotional lift as if you were seeing the subject with your own eyes. This is where Photography becomes Art.
